Refunds are only issued if an item was grossly misrepresented in the description.
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item.
The item must be returned to us with 7 days.
Refunds will be given as a store credit.
Shipping costs and insurance will not be refunded. It is buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping costs and insurance.
We will not be responsible nor will a refund be issued due to damage during transit if insurance is not purchased.
